Refund Policy
What Your Dealer Never Told You is a digital product. You get the files instantly after payment, so we handle refunds as follows.
When we refund in full
- You can’t access or open the files and we can’t fix it within 3 business days of your message.
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- The payment was made without your permission.
Other requests
Because the files can be downloaded immediately and can’t be returned, other purchases are final. That’s why there is a free sample with the first ten entries: read it before you buy. If something in the book isn’t what you expected, tell us anyway: we read every message and will try to make it right.
EU and UK customers
By completing your purchase you ask for immediate access to the digital files and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins. This does not affect your rights if the files are faulty.
How to ask
Write to us within 14 days of purchase through Contact support in our store on Whop (whop.com/dealernevertoldyou), with the email you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.
